Green and Low-Carbon Upgrading and Environmental Protection Production Management of Panel Furniture Production Lines

  Under the background of dual-carbon goals and increasingly strict environmental protection policies in the manufacturing industry, green and low-carbon upgrading has become an inevitable trend for the sustainable operation of panel customized home furniture production lines. The collected wood dust and leftover plate scraps are uniformly crushed and recycled, and reused in the production of new wood-based panels or biomass fuel, realizing resource recycling and zero waste discharge.


  In terms of energy consumption management, the production line is upgraded with energy-saving servo motors and frequency conversion control equipment. The equipment automatically enters the low-energy standby state during non-processing intervals, reducing the comprehensive power consumption of the line by more than 20% compared with traditional old equipment. At the same time, the sewage and waste gas generated in the edge banding gluing and surface finishing links are treated by professional environmental protection purification equipment up to standard before discharge, without polluting the surrounding soil and water resources.


  In addition, the factory strengthens the green management of production sites, sorts and stores environmental protection materials in categories, and standardizes the operation process of staff to avoid secondary pollution.
